Shipping Methods

Prices at Smokey Mountain are some of the cheapest around. We don't hike them up to include any delivery or logistics costs. We use our internal fleet of trucks and our delivery prices only cover our labor and fuel charges to get the furniture to your home or office.

We offer two delivery options for your convenience: Curbside Delivery and Inside (White Glove) Delivery

Curbside Delivery: With a curbside delivery we will be the means of transporting your new furniture to your home. Our delivery crew will bring your merchandise in boxes or bags (Whichever the manufacturer uses) and get your items as close to your home as possible, Garage or driveway, but will not bring it inside. This keeps the time involved and labor cost low so we can pass those savings onto you!  You will be responsible for any assembly involved as well as getting it inside your home.

Inside Delivery: With an inside delivery we offer a premium delivery service. Our Delivery crew will unbox/assemble all merchandise, inspect it to insure that it is in excellent shape, bring it to your home, set up your new furniture, and haul away the packaging material. Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves. Please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the sheet they ask you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter.

If damage is noted, you may refuse the item or decide to keep it. Please note that keeping a defective item does not warrant a discount.

Returns and Damage

There are no returns or refunds for any reason once you place your order.  Please make sure that you are sure about your purchase and that it will fit in the space you have before purchasing.  If the product is damaged we will get you a replacement but we do not cancel any orders.
